The Challenge

What do you do when COVID‑19 takes your roadshow off the map?

Our Solution

When life throws obstacles in your way, sometimes the only thing to be is… Unstoppable. Our virtual roadshow, Unstoppable 2021, combined pre‑recorded sessions with live‑participation events that allowed guests to join the celebration from the comfort and safety of their living rooms. Live, recorded, and hybrid sessions met and exceeded the highest health and safety standards. Our multi‑layered security protocols ensured the privacy of the event and the absolute security of our guests.

Results

Even on a reduced budget and with the logistical challenges of a global pandemic, Unstoppable 2021 more than lived up to its name. Participation and satisfaction rankings kept pace with live events… proving that no matter how far apart we are, a great event can always bring people together.

Las Vegas

The Challenge

We took over from the former vendor a mere eight months before the incentive trip. The budget was 30% lower and the venue (Las Vegas) was not considered attractive to participants.

Our Solution

We decided to shift focus from the location to the experience: what if we made the participants the stars of the show? Guests were treated to an Oscar‑themed formal, a rock ’n’ roll show, and celebrity impersonators.

Results

The 2013 event set a new standard. Sponsors enjoyed increased visibility at specially themed events. Participants were even more thrilled to be the center of attention.

Site Systems Roadshow

The Challenge

Budget resources (internal and external) were limited for this multi‑city sales meeting. We were called in after BP’s previous agency was taken off the job, with only half the budget and less than three months to plan and execute.

Our Solution

We drew on our store of existing assets—and created new reusable assets for future roadshows—to create branded environments within corporate meeting spaces. Omni‑Buzz managed the entire process end to end: invitations, registration, badging, facilities, transportation, multimedia, refreshments, presenter relations, sponsor opportunities, participant feedback, post-event follows‑up… not to mention icebreakers and other fun activities.

Results

Our success in the project led to our becoming BP’s partner agency for each year’s western region roadshows.

Annual Sales Meeting

Omni-Buzz went all‑out for this major corporate event that drew more than 250 participants to San Diego, California.

Event Plan

We developed the agenda and theme, team building exercises, business meetings, three hosted dinners, and welcome gifts.

Resources

Venue research & contact, design & production, décor, multimedia, transportation, entertainment, photography, and onsite staffing.

The Macallan / Brand Experience

Over the course of five years, we introduced more than 1000 key influencers and tastemakers to new select offerings from premium single‑malt scotch brand The Macallan. For each event we created a custom pop-up environment with tasting stations, media setups, and hosted demonstrations.

Time to market each year: eight months. A lot less time than The Macallan’s scotch is aged to perfection, without a doubt.

LA Dodgers & Hite / Sponsored Event

Hite Blue met Dodger Blue as we organized a mass event to celebrate Hite Beer’s arrival at L.A.’s Dodger Stadium. This high‑profile series of co‑branded events involved experiential marketing concession setups, tasting booths, video production, and audience engagement activities. It’s not easy to get baseball fans to try a new beer… but our promotions helped make it a staple at one of the all‑time great stadiums.
